When an employee is exposed to misconduct within his organization or witnesses or discovers a wrongdoing, this can put him in a difficult position. He may want to speak up and report this violation but hesitates for fear of any possible consequences.

In this course, we will provide guidance to employers and employees on the appropriate procedures for reporting serious violations in their organizations. We will also review the legal implications of whistleblowers disclosing evidence or information to an internal or external authority.
