The following terms are applicable for any Account cancellation at Salalem.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Refund Policy:

• Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Darajat Lel Tadreeb, Salalem, with main offices in Um Uthaina, Maqadisho Street, 4, Amman, Jordan
• Orders mean a request by You to purchase Services from Us.
• Service refers to the Website.
• Website refers to Salalem, accessible from https://salalem.com/ (https://salalem.com/)
• Account refers to Your access to Salalem’s services
• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Account Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Account at Salalem at any time with or without notice for any reason if you are subscribed to one of the following plans:

• Free Forever
• Basic
• Business
• Business Plus

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

Unless explicitly specified on the website and / or this Refund Policy, all pre-paid amounts are final, and no refund will be issued.

Corporate Accounts Cancellation

In case You are subscribed to a Corporate plan, You may cancel your account by giving Us a cancellation notice a minimum of thirty (30) days prior to your renewal date.

To exercise Your right of cancellation as a Corporate client, You must inform Your account manager or send Us a clean authorized letter to:

Unless explicitly specified in Your Agreement with Us, any and all pre-paid amounts are final and no refund will be issued upon cancellation.

Your Data Upon Cancellation

For technical and analytical reasons, Your data will not be deleted and removed from Salalem servers upon account termination, unless You specifically request the deletion and removal of Your data.

Any data remaining on Salalem’s servers upon account termination will only be used for:

• Technical reasons
• Analytics reasons, including but not limited enhancing our services
• Renewal reasons, in case You decided to reuse Salalem once again
