    Choose one question: assigning training, repeating a pathway, checking requirements, prioritizing needs, or reviewing an earlier decision. Bring an example from your team's work.

  2. Agree the proof

    We agree which record would answer your question and what can be demonstrated. Prepared examples are identified as such; anything we cannot verify stays an open question.

  3. Choose the next step

    We identify what was shown, what still needs checking, and one next working step. Client access and feature availability are confirmed separately; a public illustration or demo does not grant access.
