Make capability measurable

Most platforms report who finished a course. We exist to report who got better. Salalem measures the real skill gap, builds the program to close it, and measures the lift — so L&D is judged on outcomes, not activity.

02 The name

A ladder, rung by rung

Salalem means ladder in Arabic. The product exists to help people and organizations ascend — step by step, rung by rung — toward mastery. Five generations tell the story of that climb: we began as a studio digitizing client materials into e-learning, built our own platform to deliver it, grew it through mobile, social, and gamified learning, then wove AI through it feature by feature. Salalem 5.0 is the fifth rung — an AI-native platform rebuilt around readiness itself, where the gap sets the agenda, agents draft the program, and people decide.

We began as a studio, turning client policies, procedures, and manuals into e-learning that people would actually finish.

Delivering what we made needed a system of its own, so we built one rather than renting someone else's.

Capability over completion

A completion tick is not a skill. We measure proficiency before and after, so improvement is proven — not assumed.

Authored in every language

Arabic, English, and French are each authored by people who speak them, with full RTL where the script needs it. Nothing is machine-translated after the fact.
