Cancellation Policy
Last updated: August 30, 2026
This Cancellation Policy sets out how to cancel a Salalem subscription bought online, and what happens afterwards to amounts already paid and to the data in your Account.
Who this policy is from
The company behind this Website and the Service is Darajat Lel Tadreeb, Salalem, with main offices at Um Uthaina, Maqadisho Street, 4, Amman, Jordan. It is referred to below as the Company.
Definitions
In this policy, Company (also “we”, “us” and “our”) means Darajat Lel Tadreeb, Salalem. Website means the Salalem website, at salalem.com. Service means the Salalem platform and the services the Company provides through it. Account means the account created for you to access the Service. Order means your request to purchase a service from the Company. You means the individual using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on whose behalf that individual uses it.
What this policy covers
This policy covers online purchases only: a subscription bought through the Website or an app store and paid by credit or debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Play. A subscription bought under a signed agreement, a purchase order, or an invoice settled by bank transfer is governed by that contract instead, as set out below.
Cancelling a subscription bought online
If you subscribed to the Service yourself, you may cancel at any time, with or without cause and without notice. Cancel from within your Account, or send us a clear statement that you are cancelling; an email to support@salalem.com is enough. If Google Play bills the subscription, cancel it in your Google Play subscription settings — that is what stops the renewal.
Subscriptions under a separate contract
If your organization holds a signed agreement, a purchase order, or another contract with the Company rather than a subscription bought online, cancellation follows the terms of that contract, including any notice period it requires and the law and jurisdiction it is subject to. Your account manager can confirm those terms and receive the notice; a signed letter to support@salalem.com also reaches us.
Amounts already paid
All pre-paid amounts are final. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund unless your contract with the Company provides otherwise.
Your data after cancellation
After an Account is terminated, the data it holds is retained for technical and analytical reasons. If you want that data deleted and removed, ask us explicitly at support@salalem.com.
