Dynamic Enablement

Definition
Dynamic enablement describes systems that generate, update and deliver guidance and learning content continuously in the flow of work, on a faster cycle than a traditional course production calendar. It names a direction in the corporate learning market; no established product category carries it yet.
The term rests on speed and local relevance. An organization's own procedures, policies and expertise become source material that an AI system turns into role-specific guidance within days, where a course production cycle takes months. Adopted in full, the model would take over much of what the LXP, learning portals and authoring tools do today, while a system of record stays in place for required training that has to be proven.
A buyer can turn the label into questions a vendor should answer with a demonstration. When a procedure changes, how soon does the guidance people see change with it? Does support reach the point of work, or do people have to leave the task to find it? And does the history of who completed which required training, and when, still hold under the new delivery model?
