White-Label LMS
Also known as نظام إدارة تعلم بعلامة بيضاء
Definition
A white-label LMS can be presented entirely under the customer's brand — logo, colors, typography, domain and email templates — with no visible reference to the underlying vendor. Learners experience it as an internal academy or a branded customer platform rather than as third-party software.
Branding depth varies considerably between vendors, and the differences matter. A logo upload is not the same as a custom domain with matching certificates, branded notification emails, and control over the login page — which is what learners and external customers actually see first.
White labeling is a requirement rather than a preference for customer- and partner-facing academies, where the platform is part of the brand experience being sold. For internal use it mainly affects adoption: a platform that looks like the company tends to be trusted as company infrastructure.
